Cancellation Policy
In order to best serve my clients, I ask that you give ample notice, at least 7 days in advance, if you need to cancel a service that you have booked. The sooner I know, the sooner I am able to open up my schedule for others that may need the same service. There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking for services to avoid last minute cancellations.
Payment
All services must be paid 7 days (one week) before the start date of the service you have booked. Services will have a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the start date of the service. Invoices and a contract will be sent out after the meet and greet. Adventure hikes and canyon pack walks are billed monthly and due by the first of the month.
Adventure Hikes
The requirements MUST be met for your dog to be able to participate in the adventure hikes. Your pup must also ride well in the car meaning no whining, barking, etc. These will also be weather dependent. If it is too hot, too smokey, or too icy, the hike will not continue. I will not risk your dogs safety or mine if these conditions are present.
Meet and
Greets
Meet and greets are free consultations for all services that will allow me to get to know my clients and to ensure I can meet your pet's needs to make sure I am a good fit. Whether you are wanting walks from home, drop-in visits, or adventure hikes, I will come meet the clients and their pets prior to booking to figure out what will best suit the situation. Any additional consultations, walk throughs, key drop-offs, etc. will be charged $25.
